EndSARS: Wizkid, Naira Marley, Davido, Paul-Peter Okoye and many other Nigerian Celebrities express their rage on social media

With what might seem like the beginning of a face-off between the Nigerian youths and the SARS, the EndSars campaign is shunning against any option of reform from the Nigerian government, calls for total end.
Nigerian celebrities, the likes of Wizkid, Naira Marley, Davido, Paul and Peter Okoye, Mr Eazi, YCEE and many others, have expressed their rage through their various social media platforms, pushing the EndSARS campaign, over several reports of deaths, injustice meted on Nigerian youths by the Special Anti-Robbery Squad ‘SARS’.

On Saturday, 3 October, 2020, videos surfaced on social media that showed Nigerian youths being harassed by the SARS with their cars taken from them and the victims whisked away. One of which aggravated the campaign was a young man who was allegedly killed and abandoned by the men of SARS in Delta state, his Lexus SUV driven away.

A video shows men of the SARS allegedly arresting a man and his sister because they drove in a benz.

A tweet from singer, Wizkid, directly hits at President Mohammadu Buhari who tweeted a get-well soon message to the US president, Donald Trump and his wife, Melania on contracting COVID-19.

“I wish US President, Donald Trump and his wife, Melania, quick and full recovery from Covid-19,” President Buhari’s tweet reads.
