Malam Nasir El- Rufai, the governor of Kaduna state has approved end of the year bonus for all civil servants of the state.
Information from Sir Kashim Ibrahim which is signed by Muyia Adeleye made it known that the end of the year bonus is the State government effort to enhance the welfare of the civil servants.
Under the scheme, Civil servants from grade 1-7 receives 100% of their salary as the end of the year bonus. Grade 8-13 receives 40% of their salary while the senior officers grade14 and above receives 30% of their salaries.
The end of the year bonus will cost the state #1.382bn
