According to A Bola, Porto are willing to sell, but they want a mega fee for Otavio.
A buying club would have to put in an offer of £50 million, as that is his release clause.
While teams would like to negotiate the price, Porto may not have any pressure to sell, especially as they netted a decent sum for Luis Diaz from Liverpool in January.
