The People’s Democratic Party Governors’ Forum has congratulated Delta State Governor Ifeanyi Okowa as he turns 63.
Gov. Aminu Tambuwal, who chairs the forum said the forum was glad to be associated with Okowa’s many achievements in private and public careers.
